Kirsten was born and raised outside of Detroit, Michigan. In 2014 she decided to uproot her comfortable life and move to Greenville, South Carolina where she knew no one. Since then Kirsten has built a community through being Chair of the Young Democrats of Greenville County and the 3rd Vice Chair of the Greenville County Democratic Party.
